The products you see online have either been digitally produced or scanned in and are displayed as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to different types, styles and settings of computer monitors shading and colours the product may appear slightly different and not the true colour. 

Due to this, we strongly request you to visit one of our showrooms in either Preatoni Tower, Cluster L, JLT, Dubai / Homes’R’Us, Zaa’beel Furniture Mall, Dubai / M6-010, SAIF Zone, Sharjah to view the physical sample to ensure you are happy with the colour and the quality of the product before ordering

Whilst every attempt will be made by Budget Blinds to ensure that the goods sold and delivered to you match in every aspect the description shown, any minor immaterial, colour, or pattern variation shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor claim any compensation.

  2. Measurements:

All of the goods we sell are made according to your sizes. It is your sole responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. If you need advice on how to measure you can check our ‘how to’ guides, or call us for further assistance. You must check the product details and measurements of the goods before placing your order and you are responsible for checking the order via the email confirmation. We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given incorrect measurements as we will not be able to resell the goods.

  3. Made to measure products:

Made to measure products are manufactured to your precise dimensions. Once the product is made, it is suitable only for your window and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Due to this, it is extremely important you are sure about the product type and sizes before you place the order. We advise you to take advantage of our showroom displays and samples before placing your order as Budget Blinds cannot be held responsible if you dislike the colour or general quality of the product.

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Budget Blinds makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”). You must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying online or over the phone.

When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with Innov8 Products FZC, Unit M6-010, SAIF Zone, Sharjah – UAE trading as www.budgetblinds.ae. The agreement will be concluded when you place the order.


Please note that the fabric is cut by highly skilled professionals who will be as accurate as possible within a variance of +/- 3cm. We will not replace the order if the sizes are within the tolerance limit.


Most fabrics are dyed and the colour shade can vary from batch to batch. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that the shade will 100% match previous orders.


1. Ordering by telephone

Our customer service team will always repeat orders back to you, please note that we do not accept claims based on incorrect sizes inputted by us. It is your responsibility to check the order confirmation.

2. Ordering by WhatsApp

If you are speaking with our customer service team via WhatsApp they will always ask you if the provided information is confirmed. If you state yes, we will take your answer via WhatsApp as confirmation, it is then your responsibility to check the order confirmation, we will not accept claims based on incorrect sizes inputted by us.

2. Cancellations

Made to measure products cannot be returned for a refund unless the product is faulty or is not as described. 

If your product is faulty, we require you to notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product. Please provide a detailed description of the fault with a picture or video so we can determine the issue.

If you choose Cash On Delivery and refuse to pay Budget Blinds once the blind has been manufactured, we will be forced to call Dubai Police in accordance with The Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection.

Goods cannot be returned without prior notification to Budget Blinds.

Products cannot be returned if you provide incorrect measurements for your order. You are advised to read/watch the measuring guides/videos before ordering and if necessary, speak to us for further advice if necessary.

By placing an order for Made to Measure products on our site, you confirm that the specifications/measurements for your order are correct and that you understand these are non-refundable once purchased.

Order measurements cannot be changed after placing the order as we start processing to order directly to be made once you have received your confirmation.

Please be aware that all our products are made to measure and are classed and personalised/customised goods. These are not subject to distance selling regulations and cannot be returned if you change your mind.

We realise mistakes will happen sometimes if we are at fault, we will always replace faulty or incorrect orders at our expense and as quickly as possible.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will always remake and redeliver your order free of charge and as quickly as possible.


Refunds will only be considered if your product is faulty or is not as described. 

When Budget Blinds receives your returned goods, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned goods.

If  your return is approved, it is at Budget Blinds discretion to either remake or refund you via your original method of payment.

You should check with your bank/card issuer as per their standard processing times after the refund has been processed at our end. We have no control or responsibility for these processing times.


You can pay on-line with all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery .

We have the right to cancel your order if:

    • The fabric you chose is out of stock
    • If you place an order from a country we are unable to deliver 
    • A pricing or typing error has occurred within our website
